We are a licensed 40-bed residence program located in Long Beach, NY. We strive to make every day engaging, and purposeful for our residents. We provide a wide spectrum of care, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Our communities are licensed for the highest level throughout the building, which means couples with different care needs can stay together. And as your needs change, we can change with you, offering the right level of care for where you are right now. Care and Services
Here at Bay Vista, we provide the kinds of care and conveniences to make it easier to spend your days as you please. We’ll take care of the cooking, cleaning, and transportation for scheduled appointments. We have 24-hour assistance to help with basic daily tasks like bathing, grooming, getting dressed, managing their medications, and other care services.

Whether it’s pursuing a hobby, exploring new interests, or staying physically active, Bay Vista offers daily opportunities to exercise both the mind and body. Whether you are in Reading in the Library, Relaxing on the Beach, Enjoying the Garden, or Moving to the Gym there is something for everyone. A variety of senior events are offered to spark creativity, encourage connection, and provide opportunities to be active.
Transportation
We get our residents where they need to be in a timely manner. Our transportation bus operates 7 days a week and makes their routes between 09.00 am – 03.00 pm.
